About Columbia Lil Devils Wrestling
East Greenbush Lil Devils Youth Wrestling Program
REGISTRATION AND INFO FOR THE 2024-2025 SEASON IS NOW OPEN!!!
Our youth program runs from November 25th- March 7th every Monday & Thursday. Kindergarten- 2nd grade times will be 6-7pm and 3rd grade- 8th grade will be 7-8:15pm. We will be located in the Goff MS cafeteria.
This program will be taught by the Columbia Wrestling High School Modified wrestling staff. If any parents have a background in wrestling and would like to volunteer help please reach out to the staff.
*No wrestling experience is necessary for any grade level. We will teach you the fundamentals of wrestling. The program will offer various levels of instruction tailored to skill levels of the wrestlers in the program. A variety of wrestling games & techniques to improve coordination and agility will also be included.
