Our youth program runs TBD for the 2025- 2026 season. Updated info will be posted here in October. We will be located in the Goff MS cafeteria.
This program will be taught by the Columbia Wrestling High School Modified wrestling staff. If any parents have a background in wrestling and would like to volunteer help please reach out to the staff.
*No wrestling experience is necessary for any grade level. We will teach you the fundamentals of wrestling. The program will offer various levels of instruction tailored to skill levels of the wrestlers in the program. A variety of wrestling games & techniques to improve coordination and agility will also be included.
